Nostalgic on Morris ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website to share information about our shop, hours, and inventory. This policy explains what little information we collect when you visit, and what we do (and mostly don't do) with it.
This site does not include shopping carts or account logins. If you contact us directly — by email, in person, or through a third-party platform — we may retain whatever information you choose to share with us, such as your name and email address, solely to respond to you or complete a transaction.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and any embedded services (such as the Google Maps directions on our Location & Hours page) may automatically log standard technical information — things like browser type, device type, and approximate location — for security and functionality purposes. We don't control or access this data directly.
This site does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party embeds, such as the Google Maps widget, may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies, which we encourage you to review on their sites.
Any information you share with us directly is used only to communicate with you, fulfill a purchase or special request, or otherwise assist you as a customer. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We do not have a mailing list to sell you unwanted furniture through, mostly because we'd rather you just come by the shop.
Our site may link out to other websites, such as maps or social media pages. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so it's worth a glance at their policies before sharing information there.
We take reasonable precautions to protect any information shared with us. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — much like our vintage furniture, we can promise character and care, but not perfection.
If you've shared information with us and would like it corrected or removed, just stop by the shop or reach out through our listed contact information on the Location & Hours page and we'll take care of it.
We may update this policy occasionally as the site or our practices change. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. We won't email you about it, mostly because we don't have your email.
