These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchases from Nostalgic on Morris ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 2229 Morris Avenue, Suite 104, Birmingham, AL. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
This site is provided for informational purposes — browsing our inventory, learning our story, and finding out how to reach us. Content, photos, and descriptions are believed accurate at the time of posting, but items sell and inventory changes; availability isn't guaranteed until you've got it in hand.
Nearly everything we sell is vintage, antique, or otherwise pre-owned. Items are sold as-is, with condition, wear, and age reflected in the piece and, where possible, disclosed by us. We don't offer manufacturer-style warranties on used goods — a little wobble and a lot of character come with the territory.
Prices are set at our discretion and may change without notice. One-of-a-kind pieces are, by definition, one of a kind — first come, first served, no rain checks on that mid-century credenza you were still deciding about.
Items sold to us are purchased outright, subject to the specific terms agreed upon at the time, as outlined on our Sell to Us page. Those individual agreements govern in the event of any conflict with this general policy.
We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or the purchase and use of items from our shop, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furniture should still be used sensibly — we can't take responsibility for what happens after a barstool loses an argument with gravity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. If something major changes, we'll probably also just tell you in person — we're right there.
